Our Gender Equality Index

We believe that building a healthier world starts with fairness, inclusivity and equal opportunities.

In accordance with the provisions of the French “Loi pour la Liberté de Choisir son Avenir Professionnel,” companies with more than 50 employees must calculate and publish their Gender Equality Index each year.
This index measures the company’s performance on gender equality in the workplace, based on several indicators defined by French law.
As required, our company has calculated its Gender Equality Index for 2025 and publishes the results for the legally applicable indicators below.

  1. Gender Pay Gap
This indicator measures the average pay difference between women and men for comparable positions and age groups.
    Result: 25/40 points

  2. Difference in Individual Salary Increase Rates
This indicator compares the percentage of women and men who received an individual salary increase during the year.
    Result: 35/35 points

  3. Salary Increases Following Return From Maternity Leave
This indicator measures whether all women returning from maternity leave received the salary increases granted during their absence to other employees in comparable positions.
    Result: 15/15 points

  4. Gender Balance Among the Ten Highest Salaries
This indicator measures the number of women represented among the company’s ten highest-paid employees.
    Result: 10/10 points

Overall Gender Equality Index - Total score: 85/100 points

We are proud of the progress achieved so far and remain dedicated to advancing gender equality as part of our values and culture.
