We believe that by mobilising resources and fostering collaboration, we transform innovation into practical solutions that strengthen local healthcare systems, empower education, and promote prevention strategies grounded in evidence. This is why we created ESC Fund.
ESC Fund mobilises philanthropic resources, and develops partnerships, to bridge gaps in cardiovascular health and healthcare around the world – driving meaningful change where it is needed.
Anchored in the European Society of Cardiology’s mission to reduce the global burden of cardiovascular disease, ESC Fund operates as an independent, non-profit association with a primary focus on achieving health equity.
While the ESC’s broader mission encompasses activities such as research, education, and the improvement of cardiovascular health standards, ESC Fund ensures these benefits reach all communities equitably – regardless of geography, socioeconomic status, or demographic barriers. How? By supporting the translation of scientific advancements into practical, equitable solutions.
We focus on initiatives that:
