Purpose of the Committee
The Membership Committee focuses on promoting the value proposition and prestige of the ESC Membership Portfolio in support of community members across their careers. This support includes the 2023-2028 ESC Strategic Plan and membership objectives contained therein, as well as the annual objectives contained in each year’s financial budget. It provides advice and counsel on recruitment and retention strategies to grow the overall ESC Membership Community based on data, analysis, and proposals provided by staff of the ESC Membership Team.
