The Nominating Committee oversees the nomination process for candidates to elected positions within the ESC Board, Audit Committee and next Nominating Committee. Its role is to identify and present the most qualified, diverse, and ethical candidates for election, while upholding a fair and transparent process that reflects our mission and governance principles.
