Featured Commentary

In this issue, Kyriakos Dimitriadis discusses “Homogeneity of the Coronary Microcirculation in Angina with Non-Obstructive Coronary Artery Disease”, demonstrating uniform microvascular resistance reserve (MRR) across all three major coronary arteries in ANOCA patients — validating single-vessel CMD assessment while identifying a subset with borderline values that may warrant multivessel evaluation. Thank you for being the heartbeat of our community. Let’s keep the conversations alive on X (@WGCPMChair) and the LinkedIn group, and we look forward to connecting with many of you in person at upcoming events. Together, we’ll uplift voices, share knowledge, and advance clinical coronary (patho)physiology for every heart, in every corner.
