In line with the position (s) that you will hold within the ESC (including Associations, Working Groups and Councils) for the mandate 2024-2026, you are required to sign the ESC Oath of Office before entry into service.

The Oath Of Office is the personal commitment of each person elected, appointed or invited to the ESC Board, to any ESC Internal Constituent Body, Committee, Task Force, or whose role represents an official ESC position, to adhere and comply with the rules governing the ESC (Statutes, Bylaws, Policies).

Before signing the ESC Oath Of Office, please ensure you have read and understood the ESC Statutes, the ESC Bylaws, the ESC Ethical conduct policy and ESC policies: they are included below.

In addition, you are also required to sign a non-disclosure agreement about data privacy.

Please note that signing the oath of office is compulsory before starting your office/mandate.
