The ESC Mentoring Programme is one of the ESC Committee for Young Cardiovascular Professionals 2022-2024’s signature projects. The programme aims to:
- Deliver a simple and intuitive digital platform to facilitate long-term mentee/mentor relationships, wherever in the world our community works.
- Offer members a benefit that has real impact on their personal growth and achievement of career goals.
- Provide mentors with an opportunity to give something back, by guiding and nurturing the next generation of cardiovascular professionals.
- Meet a genuine career development need expressed by the wider ESC Community.
The ESC Mentoring Programme revolves around the concept of members actively supporting each other in the pursuit of their career goals, all in order to reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease.
An intuitive interface gathering all necessary support and
resources to get the best out of a yearlong mentoring programme experience.
This initiative is currently in proof-of-concept phase until April 2024, and, on launch, will require an ESC/Association paying member benefit. Therefore, we encourage you to explore our various membership offers to become part of the ESC and access all essential resources.
