Collaboration between cardiologist and out of hospital physicians is essential for improving the management of acutely ill cardiac patient, especially when it comes to ACS. Guidelines are mandatory and networking on the regional, national and European level is mandatory. I really appreciated the working atmosphere and discussions, especially during the workshops. The level of care of patients with cardiovascular diseases is really high in Europe but neverthelss we can improve it by close interdisciplinary cooperation. This summit had shown a way how to reach these goals. Thanks
