The aim of this project is to map cardio-oncology activities across ESC member countries and beyond. By collecting updates from National Cardiac Societies and appointed representatives, we hope to:

• Gain a clearer understanding of how cardio-oncology is organised in different settings.
• Identify common challenges and opportunities for collaboration.
• Highlight innovative practices that could inspire others.

This information will provide the basis for stronger connections between countries and help us shape future educational, clinical and research initiatives.
