It is our pleasure to announce the first joint conference, ESC Heart & Stroke 2025 – EuroThrombosis 2025 taking place on 15 - 16 November 2025 in Milan, Italy, organised by the ESC Council on Stroke and the ESC Working Group on Thrombosis,

Two days of science, networking and intense exchanges onsite, covering the following topics : Stroke/Coronary thrombosis/Cardiovascular disease/Venous thromboembolism. Posters will be presented and discussed in the Poster Area during coffee breaks.
