The Heart Failure Association is delighted to offer all parents a professional childcare service for the duration of the congress. Make the most of your attendance while your child(ren) is well cared for and entertained at the Congress venue.

The service will be provided by International Kindergarten "Little Sparrows" a trusted provider of childcare services to events that has been working across conferences and congresses.

Activities

The Little Sparrows provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for your children while you focus on the conference. Your children will have access to a mix of playtime, learning activities, and rest periods in a friendly atmosphere.

While your child is being looked after, you can take part in the congress programme with peace of mind.

All Little Sparrows supervisors have many years of professional experience as pedagogical specialists.

Serbian and English spoken experienced staff look after the children lovingly and offer various age-appropriate activities.

Payment & registration

Little Sparrows will offer childcare services from 17 May to 20 May 2025 according to the schedule below.

The programme is for children ages from 0 to 14 years old.

Registration term & conditions 

• The Provider does not assume liability for any clothing or personal items brought by the children during the care services.
• Meals for the children are not provided and must be arranged by parents.
• Medicines may not be administered by the carers, only by the parents themselves.
• If necessary, please bring diapers, wipes and a favorite toy or plush toy for your child.

Cancellation

For us to ensure a full and dedicated service, cancellations must be made before 17 April 2025 for a full refund. Cancellations made after that date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. From 5 May, no refunds will be issued.

Payment & registration

To guarantee a place at the creche, parents are encouraged to pre-register. While we will endeavour to accommodate on-site registrants, we cannot promise availability due to pre-booked staff levels. Full payment is required upon booking.

The fee is €30 (incl. VAT) per half-day block & per child. The opening hours have been adapted to the congress programme schedule:

Saturday 17 May - 08:00 – 12:30 / 13:30 - 18:30

Sunday 18 May - 08:00 – 12:30 / 13:30 – 17:30

Monday 19 May - 08:00 – 12:30 / 13:30 – 17:30

Tuesday 20 May - 08:00 – 13:00

Data Privacy

The information collected is subject to data processing and storage. The recipient of the data is the European Society of Cardiology, the childcare supplier International Kindergarten "Little Sparrows" and ESC Staff for logistics organisation.

Your data will only be used for the organisation of the meetings in reference in this online form. Your data will be kept for a duration of 2 years.

In accordance with the chapter 3 of the European Regulation 2016/679 with regards to data protection, you have the right to request from ESC, access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing concerning your data or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.

For such, please contact dataprivacy@escardio.org (be aware that a proof of identity will be requested during the process via a secure web link).

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, and for information, ESC has appointed a Data Protection Officer that you can reach at dpo@escardio.org.
