STEP 1 - The submitter must sign in to her/his My ESC account with the email and password used at the time of submission to consult the presentation day, time and format and submit her/his agreement form.

STEP 2 - The presenter must register to the congress - you benefit from the early fee until 22 September 2025.

Exposure and visibility

Accepted technology and innovation solutions will be (1) presented on the Digital Stage and (2) Live-demonstrated to the audience in the Technology and Innovation Demo Room.

This is a great opportunity for presenters to showcase their innovative solution and receive feedback from international experts and patients.

Presentation format

All presenters will be required to present onsite in Berlin.

Technology and Innovation Award sessions

These sessions will feature the 3 top-rated solutions in the category. Each finalist will present their solution and will be challenged with questions by the jury members.

The jury members will be scoring on the following criteria: Originality, Impact of the technology presented, Presentation and Answers to Questions. 

Each finalist will receive a free registration to the congress and an Award certificate. The winners will get a free registration for ESC Digital & AI Summit 2026.

Results of the competition will be announced during the Networking Cocktail on Friday 21 November at 18:05.

Pitch sessions
