BCO Congresos is the only official housing agency for ESC Congress 2025 in Madrid. If you are contacted by any other company or agency offering housing for ESC Congress, please note that these companies are not authorised to represent the ESC in any way, nor do they have access to the officially contracted room blocks or rates. Please be aware that these unauthorised companies might not deliver what they promise in terms of quality and location. Rates and extra charges can be inflated or hefty fees placed on credit cards. Take advantage of booking online with our official housing agency 

The ESC and BCO Congresos have selected hotels at negotiated rates within different categories in various locations in Madrid. 

Rooms are available from 29 August to 1 September 2025. All other dates are upon request and subject to room availability. All further details can be found on the booking platform.

Confirmations will be sent by email. If you do not receive the confirmation within an hour of booking, please send an email to esc2025@bcocongresos.com

Telephone requests cannot be accepted. Rooms can only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment. Confirmation vouchers are sent by email.

Individual bookings: terms and conditions

Full payment by credit card is mandatory at the time of booking. You may be refunded depending on the time of cancellation according to the terms and conditions established by each hotel. 

Any change or cancellation must be sent in writing to BCO Congresos to: esc2025@bcocongresos.com

Any cancellation or modification must be made within the period established by the provider. 

Cancellation or modification charges may apply outside of this period. Please check the conditions of each hotel before booking as conditions may vary.

All refunds will be made after the congress.

We advise you to make your reservation early in order to have the best choice of hotels. We strongly recommend that you carefully read our hotel policy before submitting.
