A customised invitation letter for visa purposes is available for delegates with confirmation that registration has been paid in full.

Book your hotel

The ESC has selected several hotels with negotiated rates, either close to the venue or in the city centre with easy access. Take advantage of booking online with our official housing agency.

Important: In the online programme, the timing is CET.

To personalise your programme we recommend you sign in first (in the top right corner of the screen) with your My ESC login and password. To include the sessions, you don’t want to miss in your personal programme, click on the heart. The session will be saved in 'My Programme'.

Print your badge

To ensure you can access the congress and start enjoying the sessions without delay, your congress badge must be printed in advance and presented at the congress entrance. Otherwise, you may be invited to print it in the registration area and face delays to enter the Congress.

A mail will be sent to all delegates, end of November, including the link to print your badge. Please note: digital versions on mobile phones, tablets and other devices will not be accepted. 

You can also access this link through your My ESC account. Just go to Congresses > My congress activity to come > Manage and print your badge from the top right of your screen.

To be easily recognisable as EACVI members, we strongly recommend to print your badge in colour. 

At the Congress

Congress schedule & networking events

Congress starts on Thursday, 11 December at 8:30. 

*The Young Investigator Awards results will be announced during the closing session on Saturday, 13 December at 14:25.

A welcome breakfast on Thursday 11 December from 10:00 to 10:30 will be offered to delegates in the exhibition area.

An EACVI Members networking event will take place on Friday 12 December from 17h30 to 18h30 near the EuroECHO 2 lecture room.
