Your Attendance Guide

EACVI 2023, Barcelona, from 10 to 12 May

We look forward to welcoming you in Barcelona. Not yet registered? Do it so now!

To make the most of your congress experience, please review the checklist below.

Before you travel

Print your badge

To ensure you can access the congress and start enjoying the sessions without delay, your congress badge must be printed in advance and presented at the congress entrance. Otherwise, you may be invited to print it in the registration area and face delays to enter the Congress.

A mail will be sent to all delegates, before the end of April, including the link to print your badge. Please note: digital versions on mobile phones, tablets and other devices will not be accepted.

You can also access this link through your My ESC account. Just go to Congresses > My congress activity to come > Manage and print your badge from the top right of your screen.

To be easily recognisable as EACVI members, we strongly recommend to print your badge in colour.
