What you can expect inside the lounge
EACVI Speed Mentoring sessions
This is the meeting place for the future generation to interact with the great leaders of their specialty.
During individual or grouped interviews, selected applicants will have the opportunity to get career development advice and recommendations from renowned professionals with years of successful careers behind them.
This is a unique platform where long-lasting generational relationships are possible!
The sessions will take place in the EACVI Members' lounge on the following days and times:
- Wednesday, 10 May and Thursday, 11 May
- Group sessions: 10:30-11:15
- Individual sessions: 15:30-16:00 / 16:00-16:30
NEW: No pre-registration, "first come first served" basis.
Well-Being Corner
Need to relax and recharge between sessions? A dedicated masseur will be available, on a first come, first served basis, to help you de-stress during a 15-minute AMMA massage. An appointment is required - please book onsite directly with the masseur.
Professional portrait
Need a profile photo for your publications, ESC Member Directory profile or for your online professional networking? A professional photographer will be in the lounge to take your photo – all included in your EACVI Silver Membership benefits. Available on a first come, first served basis.

Help yourself to a selection of beverages available while you sit with colleagues to discuss the latest presentations or just rest for a while.
Business facilities
Enjoy free access to computers and a printer, review incoming presentations on ESC 365, and keep up on EACVI events and activities.
Need to charge your phone? A self-charging mobile station will be available, just leave your phone in a locker and let it charge while you attend sessions.
A selection of ESC journals will also be available to read.
Note: The EACVI Members Lounge is accessible only to EACVI Silver Members, FEACVI (Fellows of EACVI), EACVI Board, EACVI Past Presidents and those who have a combined ESC Professional Membership and EACVI Silver Membership.
