The Inaugural Session will be held on Thursday, 2 April at 17:30 in room Picasso. It will be followed by a networking event on the EAPC stand.


Childcare services

There are no childcare facilities available during the Congress. Children are not allowed to the congress.


Free left luggage and cloakroom facilities are available within the venue.

First Aid

Participants in need of medical treatment should refer to the ESC staff in the registration area.

Lunch breaks

Cash bars are located within the venue.
