Before you leave home

Print your badge

To ensure you can access the congress and start enjoying the sessions without delay, your congress badge must be printed in advance in colour and presented at the congress entrance. 
Please note: digital versions on mobile phones, tablets and other devices will not be accepted.

Just go to Congresses > My congress activity to come > Manage and print your badge from the top right of your screen. Your congress badge is available in your MyESC Account from 15 April.

Create your programme

  1. Browse the programme and get a general overview of all sessions taking place during the congress
  2. Sign in (in the top right corner of the screen) with your My ESC login and password, to personalise your programme
  3. Add sessions you don’t want to miss in your programme: click on the bookmark icon. The session will be saved in “My Programme”

Congress starts on Thursday 25 April at 09:00 CEST. The Inaugural session will be held in conference room 1 from 09:00-10:15 CEST followed by a networking breakfast.

The Body & Mind Challenge

Get involved in this exciting experience during the ESC Preventive Cardiology Congress 2024, especially prepared for you! Be part of one of the 4 Great Teams. Your team will be the winner with your help. Perform the games, answer the quiz and have fun together with other participants.

This challenge is played throughout the congress.

The Challenges will take place next to the EAPC Corner on level -1 during the morning coffee breaks.

Day 1 – Sports activities that will be played during the morning coffee break on Thursday 25 April, between 10:30 and 11:30 am CEST. The games will include tug of war, multiple-player rope jumping and running with ankle bands.

Day 2 - The mind challenge is a fun multiple choice quiz, combining scientific and general culture questions. This session will take place on Friday 26 April between 10:30 and 11:30 am CEST.

An additional difficulty is added this year, the step counter. Each team member will need to monitor their steps taken during the entire duration of the congress and the one with the most steps will get an extra point.

Certificate of attendance and continuing medical education

ESC Preventive Cardiology 2024 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for a maximum of 12 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).

To access your credits :

Your CME Certificate will be available from 13 May in your My ESC account.

(Go to congress history and select "Manage" to download the document - you may be asked to complete an EACCME evaluation form prior to download)
