New initiatives at the congress
Congress water bottle
Come and get your reusable water bottle for free at the Registration Desk. Each water bottle the EAPC purchased provides 500 litres of clean water elsewhere in the world. The manufacturer, Made Blue, invests in water supplies in countries with permanent water scarcity. You can refill your bottle at one of the five water fountains available at the congress.
Is it your first time?
Come and collect your "1st Timer" sticker at the Registration Desk so our more experienced congress delegates can say hello, give you tips and tricks, and tell you about their first congress experience. Don't hesitate to ask them questions as well, they will be more than happy to answer these.
Meeting point
Want to share a taxi? Walk together? Have coffee? Meet at the ESC Meeting Point in the registration area and see where it goes!
Ideas Wall
Come and write your answers to the three questions on the Ideas Wall, located next to the EAPC Corner.
Additional activities - more networking opportunities
Don't miss additional opportunities to extend your knowledge and network with peers.
CPR Workshops
During the congress, 12 one-hour workshops in basic and advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) are being taught by instructors from the European Resuscitation Council. Free to all delegates, just sign up in advance.
Basic workshop: Learn what makes a high-quality chest compression, the correct use of an AED during basic life support (BLS) and bag mask ventilations.
Advanced workshop: Take a team leader role in a resuscitation scenario and demonstrate the universal algorithm for advanced life support (ALS).
