Important Dates

14 February 2020 - Deadline to submit your abstract

Early May 2020 - Abstract results announcement. An email will be sent to each submitter

25 May 2020 - Deadline to confirm presentation, presenter name and submit the agreement form

31 May 2020 - Early fee registration deadline - All abstract presenters must register for the congress

 

ESC Congress Awards

Young Investigator Awards

Selected for the outstanding quality of their work, four young investigators will be competing in each session for a prestigious ESC Award presenting their original research in front of a jury. The awards will be focused on Basic Science - Clinical Cardiology - Thrombosis - Population Sciences - Coronary Pathophysiology and Microcirculation

The ESC will grant each winner with a prize of €2,000 and finalists will each receive a prize of €1,000

Nursing and Allied Professions Investigator Award

This award aims to recognise significant contributions from new investigators in cardiovascular nursing and allied professions.

Moderated Poster Winners

Moderated Poster presenters will be in competition for the "Best Moderated Poster" to win a free registration for next year's ESC Congress. 9 winners in total (1 per topic)

ESC Working Groups Awards

ESC Working Groups are pleased to support high-quality research at ESC Congress.
The best two abstracts submitted in their topic of expertise will be selected. The presenter of each best abstract will receive an award and financial prize of €500.
