The Working Group on Myocardial Function provides a platform for both basic and clinically-oriented scientists with interests in any aspect of myocardial function to meet in a friendly and stimulating atmosphere.
It focuses on the molecular, cellular and integrative mechanisms underlying physiological function and malfunction of the heart, and is the ideal group for anyone interested in applying knowledge of fundamental cellular and molecular processes to the integrative biology of the heart, both experimentally and clinically.
