Dear Members,
The next major ESC basic science congress to look forward to is the upcoming Frontiers in CardioVascular Biomedicine (FCVB) meeting at the end of April. After so long working in relative “isolation”, it’s exciting that the organisers have decided to hold the meeting in Hungary as a live, in-person event. I’m sure that, like me, many of you are looking forward to catching up with colleagues and friends in what will surely be a highly convivial academic environment.
In the meantime, please consider attending our first online “Talk” organised by our Working Group, where Dunja Aksentijević (UK) and Christoph Maack (DE) will speak on the topic “Metabolic aspects of heart failure” on Tuesday 22nd February starting at 17h CET. This will be followed by a question-and-answer session, during which you can pose your questions to the speakers. Remember to register (which is free).
