ESC Working Group on Adult Congenital Heart Disease

Dear members of the Working Group on Adult Congenital Heart Disease,

We still envisage our upcoming EuroACHD 2022 (formerly EuroGUCH) as an in-person meeting to be held in the exciting city of Rotterdam (12-13 April 2022). However, the course of the pandemic is hard to predict, and the Working Group will keep you informed should the format of the meeting need to change. The scientific programme is organised in different sessions, providing the latest updates by excellent speakers, and showcasing the most promising research in the fields of congenital cardiology. Important key dates are:

  • 15 March - Early fee deadline
  • 11 April - Late fee deadline

Save the date and do not miss the most important meeting of our ACHD community!

As a reminder, note that the ESC Working Groups have switched from a lifetime membership to an annual membership. The expiry date had been set to 31 December 2021. The renewal process is very easy. You just have to sign into your My ESC account, go to ‘My Membership’ and select ‘Manage’.  For your convenience, you can opt for an automatic renewal.

Please, do not forget to RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP. You will need to be an active member to participate in the upcoming elections of Ordinary Nucleus Members. The timeline for the elections is as follows:

  • 25 April – 9 May 2022: call for candidates.
  • 13 - 30 June 2022: online voting.
  • Before end of July 2022: announcement of the election results.

Looking forward to meeting you soon,
On behalf of the Working Group nucleus,
