Watch this video from the Scientists of Tomorrow about computational modelling. Dr. Niels Voigt interviews Dr. Jordi Heijman, Assistant Professor at the Department of Cardiology, CARIM School for Cardiovascular Diseases at Maastricht University.
After explaining the basic concepts of computational modelling, Dr. Heijman provides an introduction into the "Myokit" tool which can be used to integrate own experimental data into existing computational models
In the interview, Dr. Heijman further explains advantages but also limitations of this technique and gives valuable hints for young researcher who want to learn more about computational modelling.
