OUR MISSION: TO REDUCE THE BURDEN OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE
Dr Marialena Trivella is Senior Medical Statistician at the Centre for Statistics in Medicine of the University of Oxford. She will give a presentation regarding important tips and tricks on how to design a good experiment, how to check and analyze your data and, finally, how to interpret them.
Dr Trivella has been involved in a number of small and large scale studies and systematic reviews in a variety of specialties, including cancer, cardiology, and transfusion medicine. In addition to research she is interested in educating clinical colleagues on the principles of statistics and methodology and has contributed in creating online learning modules for systematic reviews.Additional contents from webparts:
