- Early March 2023 - Results announcement online. An email will also be sent to each submitter.

Abstract presentation formats
All presenters will be required to present their research onsite in Edinburgh.
Selected abstracts will be assigned to different presentation formats:
ACNAP Doctoral Student Award
One session will be held onsite chaired by senior faculty members.
Each finalist will present the key points of his/her research followed by a Questions & Answers period led by a panel of experts who will judge the presentations and determine the winners and runners-up.
- Submit in this category to benefit from:
- an award certificate
- a free registration for ACNAP 2024
- Selection process: the selection committee will review the final top scoring abstracts to appoint the finalists. The selected abstracts will be presented to a jury in a dedicated session including a questions and answers section
Abstracts not selected for this Award session will be automatically considered for the other abstract sessions.
Rapid Fire Oral Abstract sessions
The highest graded abstracts will be selected to be presented orally during the rapid-fire abstract sessions which will be held onsite moderated by faculty members.
Moderated Posters
The highest graded posters will be selected to be presented orally during dedicated Moderated Poster sessions which will be held onsite moderated by faculty members.
Posters
Selected research will be presented in paper Poster sessions organised per topic.
Clinical case presentation formats
All presenters will be required to present their research onsite in Edinburgh.
Selected clinical cases will be assigned to different presentation formats:
ACNAP Clinical Case Excellence Award
The best cases will be presented in this Award session which will be held onsite chaired by faculty members. Each finalist will present the key points of his/her clinical case. Each presentation will be followed by a Questions & Answers period led by a panel of experts who will judge the presentations and determine the winner.
The winner will receive an award certificate and a free registration for ACNAP Congress 2024.
Cases will be selected and assigned by the Scientific Programme Committee. Cases not selected for this session will be automatically considered for other presentation formats.
Oral Clinical case sessions
Best rated clinical cases will be presented in dedicated Live sessions organised during the event to allow you to interact with the presenters and expert discussants.
