Before you leave home

Print your badge

To ensure you can access the congress and start enjoying the sessions without delay, your congress badge must be printed in colour in advance and presented at the congress entrance. 

Please note: digital versions on mobile phones, tablets and other devices will not be accepted. 

A mail will be sent to all delegates closer to the congress, including a link to print your badge.

Active Case Study Challenge 

Participants will be presented with a dynamic case study design to reflect real-word complexities. Your task? Collaborate, discuss and determine the best approach to manage the case using current guidelines, clinical judgment and practical insight. Registrations are individual and teams will be formed by the organising committee to ensure a balanced and engaging activity for all participants. 
This is a unique opportunity to apply your knowledge, learn from peers and engage in critical thinking in a supportive and interactive setting.

Mentoring drop-in session

Get more information on our dedicated ACNAP Mentoring programme for opportunities to expand your professional network & enhance personal and professional skills in research and/or clinical areas. Our Programme Leads will be there to give you recommendations on how to benefit from the programme and choose the right ACNAP mentor!

Childcare services

Childcare facilities are not available on-site during the congress. Should you need to bring a child please get in contact with us ahead of the congress.

Cloakroom

Free left luggage and cloakroom facilities are available within the venue.

First Aid

Participants in need of medical treatment should contact congress Staff or the Registration Desk.

Lunch and coffee breaks

This congress is fully catered. Lunch and coffee breaks will be provided within the venue.
