Choose your presentation option

At the time of submission, please choose one of the 4 abstracts presentation options (changes are not allowed after submission).

Young Investigator Award Session (YIA)

Two YIA sessions will be chaired by senior faculty members: one dedicated to Clinical Research and another to Basic Science.

The selected finalists will present their research in these dedicated online sessions, and a panel of experts will judge the presentations and determine the winners.

Submit in this category to benefit from:

  • Free registration for Heart Failure 2021
  • Prizes: First Prize Winner (€ 1000) and two Runners-Up (€ 250)

Conditions:

  • Your abstract(s) must be accepted at Heart Failure 2021 in a Young Investigators Award Session
  • You must be the presenter of your abstract(s)
  • You must be 35 years old or younger

Abstracts will be selected and assigned by the Scientific Programme Committee. Abstracts not selected for a YIA Session will be automatically considered for other oral presentation or e-poster presentation.

Nursing Investigator Award Session (NIA)

The selected finalists will present their research in this online session dedicated to Nursing, and a panel of experts will judge the presentations and determine the winner.

Submit in this category to benefit from:

  • Free registration for Heart Failure 2021
  • Prizes: First Prize Winner (€ 1000) and two Runners-Up (€ 250)

Conditions:

  • You must be a registered nurse, dietician (and related professions) or in training
  • Your abstract(s) must be accepted at Heart Failure 2021 for the Nursing Investigator Award Session
  • You must be the presenter of your abstract(s)
  • There is no age limit
Oral presentations

The best abstracts will be selected to be featured by topic in dedicated sessions.

ePosters

Selected research will be published on the congress dedicated platform in an ePoster format. These ePosters will be available on-demand during and after HF2021.

This platform will allow continued discussions during the event, with interaction functionalities such as rating the presentation, number of views, chat and comments.
The abstract submitter will be able to participate and follow the conversation on their abstract throughout the event.
