Dear Members,
Unfortunately, we are confronted still with difficult times. Our clinical scientists are overwhelmed with clinical duties and request for COVID-19 care, whereas the more fundamental scientist are struggling to coordinate and arrange progressions to combat CVD from their home offices.
The WG on Cardiovascular Regenerative and Reparative Medicine has continued working on research, advocacy and educational programmes, with some understandable delays due to the pandemic. We are working towards future gatherings and discussion platforms and are determined, despite the current situation, that we will continue our work together.
We will keep you informed on future events and plans which will enable us to make advancements in our field to combat the other pandemic - cardiovascular disease.
