Dear friends, dear colleagues
This newsletter edition is a very emotional one. Each of us in each country and each part of the world will be affected by one common issue, the fight for life of our patients due to the Corona virus pandemia.
We all did not expect this when we started into this year some months ago and were all looking forward to go ahead with our ideas and projects. A lot of these have to be postponed. Face to face meetings (real and not via internet, skype..) are not possible at time now. This year´s ACC was the first one to follow a complete new approach.
The more a communication which has become a tradition like this newsletter is important during these days.
It should show us that we still like to take care of interesting topics in our specific field, that we want to hear from each other and most of all it shows the bond between us.
It is very important that even during difficult times we do not lose the track of what is our passion and commitment!
I want to thank especially all the contributors of this issue.
Personally I want to express my sincerest hope that each member of our WG and theirs families, friends and colleagues stay safe and healthy
