As a Fellow of the ESC you are an honoured guest at ESC Congress and we are delighted to share the services available to you during the ESC Congress 2017.
Your registration
- You registered before 26 June 2017 - you will receive your gold badge at your postal address. On arrival, go to the FESC Registration Desk to collect your badge holder, congress bag and any pre-ordered transport tickets.
- You pre-registered after 26 June – you have been emailed a voucher barcode. On arrival, go to the FESC Registration Desk where you can print your badge and collect your badge holder, congress bag and any pre-ordered transport tickets.
- You registered after 31 July - you may collect the Gold badge at the FESC Registration Desk, along with your badge holder, congress bag and any pre-ordered transport tickets.
- You will register onsite in Barcelona – you should go to the FESC Registration Desk
FESC Registration Desks
Five dedicated FESC desks will be available – follow the red carpet:
- Collect your badge
- Pay any outstanding fees. To save time onsite, settle your FESC fees in advance by contacting the team on fellowship@escardio.org or in your My ESC Account.
- Collect your congress badge holder, bag, transport tickets and congress programme
- CME accredited certificate of attendance as of Monday 28 August
- Get your questions answered by the dedicated FESC team

FESC Diploma - Saturday 26 August from 08:00
Collect your diploma, pin and scarf in the FESC lounge ahead of the welcome reception.
Welcome Reception - Saturday 26 August 15:30 – 16:30
Join ESC leadership and your newly elected FESC peers from across the globe for a welcome reception and refreshments. There will be an official group photograph with Professor Bax, FESC, President of the European Society of Cardiology. There will also be the opportunity for individual and small group photographs with a professional photographer.
Inaugural Session – Saturday 26 August 17:00
Newly elected FESC will be officially welcomed and recognised during this special ceremony by the ESC President.
NEW this year – Professional Members’ Lounge
A new lounge will welcome all ESC Professional Members for a series of networking events and presentations and other activities. Fellows of the ESC enjoy full access to this new lounge area and you are welcome to drop by and meet with ESC Professional Members.
