National Representative in Acute Cardiac Care

The Acute Cardiovascular Care Association (ACCA) strongly believes that collaboration with national cardiac societies is key to developing education and science in the field of acute cardiovascular care and establishing a motivated community, committed to the promotion of the subspecialty, to the benefit of our sickest patients.

ACCA is renewing its network of National Representative.

ESC National Cardiac Society Presidents will shortly receive communications from our President, Prof. Susanna Price, and Advocacy Chair, Prof. Tom Quinn, to confirm which colleague will represent the acute cardiovascular care subspecialty (this will usually be the chairperson of the relevant national working group) in your country.

The role of the National Representative is, principally, to serve as the key point of liaison between ACCA and his/her country, to promote ACCA as a key part of the ESC family.

We have written to existing national representatives (listed below) to confirm their willingness to continue and asked them to liaise with National Cardiac Society Presidents to confirm they have your support.

Current national representatives are listed below:

If your country is not listed please contact ESCacute@escardio.org and nominate a national representative.

Prof. Tom Quinn, Dr. Justin Zaman, and Dr. Alexandru Mischie will be happy to discuss.
