Please note that within the Pocket Guidelines on CVD and Diabetes, a correction shall be made concerning figure 5 (figure 7 of the Version of Record): “Glucose-lowering treatment for patients with type 2 diabetes to reduce cardiovascular risk based on the presence of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease/severe target-organ damage and 10-year cardiovascular disease risk estimation via SCORE2-Diabetes”, in which the “and / or” statements will be removed.

The ESC is informing printed Pocket Guidelines recipients of this, as they may receive copies with or without this minor typological correction.

The ESC is collaborating with the authors and the publisher on the development of a corrigendum that will be published in the Version of Record as soon as possible.
