Lively scientific discussions took place in the online space with the participation of renowned international experts of neurovascular disease. The recordings of the discussion were made available for download for several weeks after the event. While there are many advantages to an online format, nothing can replace meeting and networking in person. Hopefully, the pandemic situation in 2022 will allow us to organise the next Heart & Stroke meeting in an onsite and online format in Budapest. This way the advantages of both the online availability and personal networking could be maximised to help achieve the scientific goals of our community.
