To make the most of your congress experience, please review the checklist below.   

Before you travel

Visa Requirements and Invitation Letter

A customised invitation letter for visa purposes is available for delegates with a confirmation that registration has been paid in full. 

Book your hotel

The ESC has entrusted accommodation services to our regular congress partner. 

Create your programme

Browse through the Scientific Programme and select the sessions you don’t want to miss.

To personalise your programme we recommend you sign in first (in the top right corner of the screen) with your My ESC login and password.

To include the sessions you don’t want to miss in your personal programme, click on the heart. The session will be saved in “My Programme”.

Important: Programme times are displayed on local times 

Print your badge

To ensure you can access the congress and start enjoying FCVB 2024 without delay, your congress badge must be printed in colour in advance and presented at the congress entrance. 
Please note: digital versions on mobile phones, tablet and other devices will not be accepted.

Cloakroom

Free luggage and cloakroom facilities are available within the venue.

First Aid

Participants in need of medical treatment should refer to an ESC staff or call directly the Emergency Line 112

Coffee breaks

Coffee breaks are included in the registration fee. 

Lunch breaks

A cash bar is available and located within the venue at Level 0 (main hall)

Free wi-fi connection is available in the congress centre:

After the congress

Scientific Resources

All registered delegates have access to the congress resources from 24 April until 9 May. CBCS Members can access these resources on ESC 365, the cardiology knowledge hub, from 9 May and all year long.
