The ESC Congress 2020 - The Digital Experience has successfully been conducted and has set a great precedent on how the education and communication will look like in the foreseeable future.
In this rapidly evolving and exciting era, I am delighted in my capacity as the new Chairperson to welcome the new members of the nucleus of the WG on Myocardial and Pericardial Diseases and wish them a successful time in their roles. The objectives of the WG nucleus will be defined in contact with the members of the WG and will follow the principles of active membership, continuous digital education, broader collaborations and generation of scientific evidence in order to address clinical questions.
In the first instance, we invite you to attend the ESC Webinar on “The spectrum of management options for the left ventricular outflow tract obstruction in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy”, which is organised by our WG. It will be held on 28 October 2020.
