Dear Members,
The field of Myocardial and Pericardial Diseases is becoming highly interesting because of the increasing insight into the pathophysiological mechanisms of the diseases and the disease modifying strategies. At this time, broader scientific collaborations can form a more comprehensive approach to the acute and long-term care of the patients with these diseases. The WG on Myocardial and Pericardial Diseases is actively focusing on activities which will promote the science and the clinical work in the field. The majority of these activities will now be delivered electronically and reach out to all ESC members.
