● Perform system installation of medical capital equipment
● Accurately document and keep detailed records of all work-related activities
● Perform scheduled inspections and testing of equipment as needed
● Support the development and maintenance of installation, training, and servicing procedures
● Perform troubleshooting and repair activities
● Perform system hardware and software upgrades and verify system performance
● Support Marketing, Sales, Clinical and Pre-Clinical functions as needed for trade shows, demonstrations and pre-clinical and clinical functions
● Provide detailed feedback to Engineering and other departments as necessary regarding equipment performance, serviceability and customer comments
● Ability to travel up to 70% of the time within the EU; international travel to US very infrequently, if any.
● Self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize duties with short notice
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and internal personnel
● Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
● Must be willing to travel – up to 70%
● Must have flexible working hours and be able to provide support during non-regular business hours
● Will be required to adhere to certification/credentialling required by the customer site in connection with admission into its facilities to perform job duties
● Job operates in a hospital/medical environment and remotely from a home office location
● Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record
● Experience with electronic test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and waveform generators
● 2+ years’ experience performing Field Service operations in the Medical industry
● Proficiency with MS Office applications
Plus:
• Technical /Engineering Degree
• Previous experience with Cardiac Electrophysiology Equipment used in a clinical study or a commercial setting
• Possession of current vendor certification/credentialling for operation in a hospital environment
