Advantages for ACS President
FESC Fast Track Application
If you are not already a Fellow of the ESC ACS Presidents benefit from a fast track application. This means your are invited to become a FESC without providing the usual documentation or having your application approved by the ESC Credentials Committee. You'll receive an invitation letter in October to become a Fellow the following year. If you reply positively to the invitation, you will become a Fellow, once your annual Fellowship fee paid.
At ESC Congress
ACS Presidents Meeting and Official Dinner
ESC Congress is a unique opportunity to meet ESC leaders and leaders of other ESC Affiliated Cardiac Societies. You will get key updates about the collaboration between ACS and ESC during the meeting, followed by a friendly dinner together with the ESC Presidential trio.
ESC Congress Session Proposal
ACS Presidents are invited to shape the scientific programme of ESC Congress each by submitting suggestions for topics and expert faculty. Presidents receive an invitation from the ESC Congress Programme Committee Chair and submit proposals online. All sessions are reviewed by a committee and considered by the Congress Programme Committee at the time of the elaboration of the programme.

Free registration to ESC Congress
Each year the ESC gives 25 ESC Congress registrations to its ACS. The ACS allocates these to its members under 40 years of age, who are also ESC Professional Members. This is part of the ESC's Cardiologists of Tomorrow pragramme - certain criteria apply.
ESC Grants
Your members can apply for an ESC Training, Research and Nursing grants. These grants are worth 25,000 euros each and give cardiologists access to the latest techniqyes and leading experts in European centres of excellence.
FREE My ESC Account
Your members can create a FREE 'My ESC Account' and sign up to receive newsletters and information about their specific area of interest. The ESC does a lot, so this is a great way to get the latest news and not miss out on educational opportunities - many of which are free and open to all!
