We are a not-for-profit medical society led by expert volunteers. We unite member National Cardiac Societies, and cardiovascular ESC sub-specialty communities.

The ESC comprises 27 cardiovascular subspecialty communities covering the full spectrum of cardiology.They include our Associations, Working Groups and Councils, enabling us to provide in-depth, expert knowledge to all cardiovascular clinicians and researchers.
ESC member National Cardiac Societies are involved in advancing ESC science and sharing this knowledge and best practice with their members.
