The 2017 workshop will gather the most prominent ESC and HFA experts on Heart Failure and Cardiomyopathies in order to write a position paper highlighting the clinical importance of Heart Failure in Cardiomyopathies.

HFA Winter Meeting on Translational Heart Failure Research

This close and personal interaction between established researchers, leaders in the field, students and young scientists is encouraged, as well as discussion between basic scientists with clinicians and trialists. 

The HFA believes that through this interaction, novel and promising concepts for the understanding and treatment of heart failure can develop, and young scientists can benefit from the unique atmosphere through new ideas and motivation to follow a career in basic and translational science.
