  • How to use contrast stress-echocardiography to detect and stage the amount and severity of myocardial ischemia
  • How the presence of myocardial ischemia in the form of isolated perfusion defect or associated with wall motion abnormalities differently characterizes the patient outcome, which can possibly be modified by coronary revascularization
  • How very mild and isolated perfusion defects can be probably safely addressed in first place with medical therapy
