The ESC reserves the right to cancel any of its Educational Programmes up to two months prior to the programme starting date. The ESC will not reimburse any travel or accommodation costs incurred by registered participants in the event of a programme cancellation under any circumstances. If the ESC decides to cancel a programme, the full registration fee will be refunded. In the event that a participant wishes to cancel their registration to an Educational Programme, written confirmation is required. A refund of fees will be made, less a 25% administration charge, up to four weeks before the programme start date. After this date, no refund will be made for cancellations.
