The ESC reserves the right to cancel any of its Educational Programmes up to 2 months prior to the programme starting date. The ESC will not reimburse any travel or accommodation costs incurred by registered participants in the event of a programme cancellation under any circumstances. If the ESC decides to cancel a programme, the full registration fee will be refunded. In the event that a participant wishes to cancel their registration to an Educational Programme, written confirmation is required. A refund of fees will be made, less a 25% administration charge, up to 4 weeks before the programme start date. After this date, no refund will be made for cancellations.
