In our inaugural series of interviews, Dr. Luciano Sposato, head of the Stroke Programme at Western University, London, Ontario (Canada), and Prof. Wolfram Doehner, cardiologist consultant of the Stroke Unit at the Charité University, Berlin (Germany), discussed the role of the cardiologist on the stroke unit.
