We’re particularly delighted to welcome those coming to ESC Congress for the first time and really want them to experience the best of our flagship event.
If this is you, come and join us on a guided tour of the congress centre on Friday 25 at 07:45-08:15 (Congress programme starts at 08:30). The meeting point is at the 'Fluffy Heart' in the Lounge & Exchange Area.
Young first timers will also be invited to come pick up their dedicated 'first timer' pin at the Young Corner on Friday 25 at 9:30-11:30. These pins will help other staff, delegates and ESC volunteers easily identify you so they can share tips on getting the most out of Congress.
Meet with your committee
The ESC Young Committee members will of course be present throughout ESC Congress and will welcome you on Friday 25 August. 14:30-14:45 at the Young Corner for a 'Young Corner Opening Celebration'.
We also invite you to come meet them at the Young Corner on three specific meet ups slots they’ve designed for you :
- Friday 25: 9:00 - 9:30
- Saturday 26: 15:00 - 15:30
- Sunday 27: 11:00 - 11:30
A great opportunity to take a deep dive into the committee’s work, discuss their projects for the years ahead (as part of ESC's Strategic Plan 2023-2028) and find out how you can get more involved in shaping ESC's work.

As being the young local hosts for this year’s ESC Congress the Dutch Young Community has designed a 'Welcoming Guide' sharing tips & nice addresses all around Amsterdam to ensure you will have the best congress experience in the city.
