We look forward to welcoming you in Barcelona or online. Not yet registered? Do it so now!
To make the most of your congress experience, please review the checklist below.
Onsite in Barcelona
Before you travel
Print your badge
To ensure you can access the congress and start enjoying the sessions without delay, your congress badge must be printed in advance and presented at the congress entrance. Otherwise you may be invited to print it in the registration area and face delays to enter the Congress.
A mail will be sent to all delegates, end of March, including the link to print your badge. Please note: digital versions on mobile phones, tablets and other devices will not be accepted.
You can also access this link through your My ESC account. Just go to Congresses > My congress activity to come > Manage and print your badge from the top right of your screen.
To be easily recognisable as EHRA members, we strongly recommend to:
- Print your badge in colour
- Add an 'EHRA member' sticker to your badge holder upon arrival at the Congress. Stickers will be available at identified collection points in the registration area and in various other locations throughout the congress centre

Technical recommendations
The EHRA 2023 platform is designed with a responsive interface that is mobile friendly but for an optimal experience, we recommend that you access the platform on a desktop computer.
Supported browsers
We support the most current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox. Chrome is the preferred browser.
Tips for the best experience
- Disable your web browser’s ad blocker (this is normally done through the Settings in your browser). Turning off the ad blocker will help us confirm your attendance and deliver your CME credits.
- Zoom out on your web browser to see the full room view. To zoom out/in, press CTRL while using your mouse scroll wheel.
- If you can’t hear a presentation: Ensure the volume on your computer speakers is turned up and that the sound is not muted. Using the button at the bottom left of the video, confirm the volume level.
How can I interact during the presentation?
As an online delegate you will be able to interact and exchange with the session speakers via a Q&A window on the right of the presentation where you can ask questions and interact with other participants through the Forums. Each of your posts will be identified with your name and country, allowing the audience to recognise your contribution.
All posts* should be made in English so the global community can understand and respond.
*ESC term and conditions: Participants guarantee that the content he/she submits on the Forum is not obscene, threatening, harassing, deceptive, invasive of another’s privacy, offensive, defamatory of any person, illegal or otherwise deliberately intended to upset or harm other users. The European Society of Cardiology reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to edit, refuse to publish, and remove any user’s content from ESC websites at any time and without prior notice.
How can I interact with an abstract or clinical case presenter in the Research Gateway?
When consulting a presentation, you can use the following functionalities - Like, or Comment to post a message.
Presenters are invited to check back on their presentation(s) throughout the congress to respond to comments and/or questions that may arise.
If you enjoy a presentation, please make sure to Like it – and contribute to the rating of the content online! (see the "Best Rated" section) – this will help other participants find and enjoy the content.
