End of February: abstract results announcement

Coordinated by the Heart failure specialists Of Tomorrow (HOT), the sessions will open the discussion on clinical case management.

Clinical Case Awards

The best four cases are presented in this session in the Agora. In 15 minutes, the finalists are asked to summarise their case and explain how they managed the patient.

Finalists of the Clinical Case Awards session will benefit from:

  • Free registration for Heart Failure 2018
  • A 400€ travel grant to come to Heart Failure 2018
  • Prizes: First Prize Winner (€ 1000) and two Runners-Up (€ 250)

Your case must be accepted at Heart Failure 2018 in the Clinical Case Awards session
You must be the presenter of your case
Cases will be selected and assigned by the Scientific Programme Committee. Cases not selected for this session will be automatically considered for other oral presentation in the other Clinical Case sessions or poster presentation in the Clinical Case Corner

Clinical Case sessions

Also held in the Agora, two sessions showcase the most challenging cases submitted around the same topic.

Clinical Case Corner

Selected presenters will display their cases in this dedicated zone of the Poster Area and defend their case in front of their moderator and the audience during the coffee breaks.

Accepted cases will be published in the abstract supplement of the European Journal of Heart Failure
