The European Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing goes from strength to strength!

Cardiovascular Nursing

Journal-Cardiovascular-Nursing.pngEditor-in-Chief of the European Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing (EJCN), Professor Tiny Jaarsma is proud of how far and how well the journal has progressed: “When we launched EJCN in 2002, there was a need for cardiovascular nurses to have their own forum to advance knowledge and to promote evidence-based practice. We also wanted to provide a platform to raise issues of common interest or concern and to reflect the diversity of cardiovascular nursing. I believe our initial objectives have been met.

In 2019, interesting new features include virtual issues, which are collections of articles on specific topics, and the ‘HeartBeat’ news item that provides information on grants, research projects and conferences. EJCN has an impact factor of 2.651 and is ranked third among all international nursing journals. We would like to thank all our valuable contributors and hope you will continue to submit your research to EJCN.”
