Congress will start Thursday 02 May at 08:30.Registration Desk and Speaker Service Centre will open on Wednesday 01 May from 14:30 to 18:00.Registration Desk will reopen at 07:30 on Thursday 02 May.
* The Inaugural Session will take place on Thursday 2 May from 17:05 to 18:05 and will be followed by a networking reception near the EACVI-ESC stand
There are no childcare facilities available during the Congress. Children are not allowed to the Congress.
Free left luggage and Cloakroom facilities are available within the venue.
Participants in need of medical treatment should refer to the ESC staff in the Registration Area.
Cash bars are located within the venue.
To avoid queuing, delegates will be able to buy a lunch voucher from 10.00 a.m. onwards, lunch to be picked up during the lunch hour. Delegates who have not pre-ordered can still get buy their lunch during lunch hour.
