A Forum is available to give speakers the opportunity to exchange directly with viewers. Your presence online in the Forum at the time of your presentation would be most appreciated.

Please note, the times indicated are approximate, so we ask you to connect five minutes before and, if possible, plan to stay longer than your actual presentation to accommodate any unexpected delays in the broadcast.
  2. During your presentation you will see a Forum window on the side of the screen. Use the chat function to enter the Forum. Each of your posts will be identified with your name and country, allowing the audience to recognise your contribution.

The Forum is an area for scientific exchange rather than a questions and answers page.

Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Certificate of attendance

How many CME Credits can I receive?

Your participation to EuroCMR 2021 entitles you to a maximum of 5 CME credits.

After the congress you will receive one credit for each full hour you have spent online during the congress days from 6 to 8 May, 2021. The maximum of credits per day is defined by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Specialists (UEMS). Day 1 – 6 May – 2 CME credits, day 2 – 7 May – 1 CME credit and day 3 – 8 May – 2 CME credits. The total number of credits obtained at the end of the congress is the sum of hours spent by day.

The certificate will be available after the congress and will be based on the real time tracked spent viewing scientific sessions from 6 to 8 May, 2021, except for the informal sessions taking place in the live abstracts discussion rooms. Please be aware that any tracking blockers on your device or browser may prevent us from tracking your activity properly, with the result that the CME points will not be added on your certificate of attendance and cannot be claimed after the event.

How can I claim my certificate of attendance?

You will need to complete a short questionnaire to receive your certificate. To access your credits, please complete the EACCME evaluation form (Mandatory).

To obtain your EuroCMR 2021 CME certificate, please log in to your My ESC account.

I practice in the United States of America / Canada: how can I claim credits?

Through an agreement between the European Union of Medical Specialists and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credits to AMA credits can be found  .

Live educational activities occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC® credits, are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
