Access to ESC Asia with APSC & AFC 2020 is offered free of charge.
The online sessions composing ESC Asia with APSC & AFC 2020 will be accessible to registered participants (Delegates) only and will take place on 4 December and 5 December 2020. Registrations will be acknowledged by email upon validation of the registration form duly completed by the Delegates.
Incomplete or incorrect email addresses or agency addresses will not be accepted and will result in the cancellation of the registration.
Cancellation or Alteration
ESC Asia with APSC & AFC 2020 being accessible free of charge, no refund nor compensation will apply in case of cancellation of the event.
The ESC reserves the right to modify the Congress programme at any time, which is published as an indication only and subject to change.
No right to further claims will be possible should the ESC be obliged to alter the programme of the Congress.
In the event of serious special or unforeseen circumstances or serious circumstances beyond its control, the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) shall be entitled to cancel or modify the dates of ESC Asia with APSC & AFC 2020. Delegates shall not be entitled to compensation for any costs or damages incurred as a consequence of such a cancellation or change.

Applicable Law and Litigation
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with French law without regard to any conflicts of laws principles thereof that would require the application of the law of any other jurisdiction.
Any disputes arising in relation hereto shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French Tribunal de Grande Instance located in Grasse, France.
