Fellowship Application Forms and Rules

Thank you to everyone who applied this year! We no longer accept applications for 2011.

The next application deadline is 30 September 2012.

Requirements

Fellowship requirements include a copy of an academic diploma as well as a publications record.

Nurse Fellowship requirements include being a member of a National Nurses’ Society, where it exists, or of the Council on Cardiovascular Nursing and Allied Professions (CCNAP).

Renewal forms

FESC and NFESC fees are due every year.
Payments should be made by credit card, in euros only, and preferably online.

 You can renew your fees online here (you need to log in to My ESC).
